Our company, Kusadasi Properties has been dealing with the sale of properties and lands in Kusadasi (the most popular tourist destination on the west coast ) since 2002.

We began in 2002 with 4 employees and now due to continuing expansion we have an experienced staff of 26. We have 3 offices in Kusadasi, one is a sales and information office, the other is a construction office and finally our head office, strategically located in the centre of town where most of our employess work.

We have a large customer base comprising Irish, English, Dutch, Danish and German customers which is expanding all the time and we also have partners in Ireland, England and Holland who work directly with us from their own countries.

Unlike most other estate agents in Kusadasi we offer a comprehensive 'follow up' procedure with our customers helping them with taxes,bank accounts, buying furniture, decoration and anything else they require to ensure they are happy in their new property. When they return to their country they can be assured that their property is in safe hands until they return.

We also have partnerships with many builders in Kusadasi and the majority of our projects are sold 'off-plans' which has many benefits for the purchaser i.e.fixed price, phased payments e.t.c.

We are also involved in 3 projects using our own construction company Karaca Construction Ltd.

The first is in Artemis Apartments, this project comprises 15 aparts. which were all sold off-plans and will be completed by the end of this summer.
The second project is Laguna Villas which comprises 89 villas.There will be 4 different types of villas, detached&semi-detached, work has already started on this project and it is due for completion in two years.

Our third project is a villa/apart. project comprising 64 units. Work is due to commence in September.of this year and the entire project will be completed in two years.

We are the only Real Estate Agency that can offer all these facilities, our aim is to help the development of tourism in Kusadasi which we think has the best tourism potential in Turkey.
